Classes started this week. They're pretty similar to the ones back home, so I'm not too concerned about that.
On Monday we went to a reggae bar/club. There was just a bunch of Jamaican men on drugs, but there was pretty good live music and it was definitely something different than I'm used to.
Tomorrow night one of the exchange students is getting us into this fancy club for free where it usually costs $30 cover. You really have to dress up and be proper. I'm used to Kams' so I'm not sure I'm classy enough for this, but I'll post some pictures soon.

We went to the Sydney aquarium and zoo today with all the exchange students.

My favorite thing was this jellyfish that changed colors.

Another day I went to the city to explore. Here are pictures I took downtown.

I've seen two birds without legs so far, and one without a foot. It's starting to get weird.

There have been a lot of events this week for the exchange students. The first night was this huge rugby game that was New South Wales vs. Queensland. It's like the equivalent of the NFL here, so the bar was crazy. We also went on this huge pub crawl in downtown Sydney, but my favorite of the events so far was probably the boat cruise through the Sydney Harbor. Here I am on the boat with some other exchange students.

The views of the ocean are absolutely beautiful. A group of us walked 3.7 miles on this path from Coogee Beach to Bondi Beach. You pass a bunch of beaches on the way and its amazing. Here are some pictures.

The plane ride was a little bit tough, but I finally made it to the hostel in one piece with all of my suitcases. While waiting for my room to open, I was surprised to find that you could just feed wild parrots from your hand.
